The room is currently furnished if you have your own stuff it can be removed. The house is a Colonial with an extension on 5 acres in Deerfield, NH. There is a shared bathroom across the hall from the room and another on the main floor. $140 a week or $540 month if paid all at once. Include all utilities and wifi. $400 Deposit. Can even have a garden. Food Separate, Month to Month and would need to give a month notice if no longer renting. It is about 17 miles from Manchester and 15 miles Concord NH. Close to Hooksett, Allenstown, Epsom and Pembroke. It is above Bear Brook State park in a quiet wooded area. There are four friendly dogs. Must love dogs. Must have reliable transportation. Please be able to provide three reference show proof of ability to pay. Background check. Ideally a middle age to older person would probably do better in this home environment. Vets welcome.
